Subsidy Program Called Nová zelená úsporám

A subsidy paid in advance and a favorable loan for a subsidy for more economical housing are offered to family homeowners by the popular Nová zelená úsporám (New Green for Savings) program.

Households looking for a more economical and ecological solution for their homes can now start renovating their homes without major savings. This opportunity is now open not only to those interested in complex projects, but also to those planning smaller modifications, such as partial insulation, photovoltaic installation, heating modernization, smart ventilation or a rainwater harvesting system. Recipients of a subsidy for insulation of any size will also be able to draw on a favorable loan with low interest, long-term maturity and without the need to mortgage the property.

Experts from the State Environmental Fund of the Czech Republic will advise you on how to obtain a subsidy and how to manage the entire process without unnecessary complications during the FOR ARCH construction fair (September 16–20) at stand A17 in Hall 2 and also at the lecture Subsidies for energy-efficient housing.
