New Multifunctional Complex at Our Exhibition Center!
14. May 2025This year, a multifunctional building being built on the grounds of the PVA EXPO PRAHA exhibition center will welcome its first visitors. The modular complex will be built on unused land and will offer a hotel, an administrative building, gastronomic facilities and a relaxation area for visitors to the area and residents of the Letňany district. Get to know its virtual appearance.
The modular complex will consist of two four-story buildings connected by a common entrance hall – the administrative and hotel wings. While the administrative part will primarily house the offices of the trade fair administration of ABF, a.s., the hotel building will offer a total of 105 rooms with two beds, a restaurant, a lobby bar, conference facilities and other amenities.
The modern spaces will offer possibilities for corporate meetings, social events, but also for private celebrations or relaxation. "The hotel part will be named WE Hotel in the spirit of the concept of work & enjoy, combining a suitable place for work, relaxation and entertainment," says Martin František Přívětivý, CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of ABF, a.s.
The new multifunctional building includes revitalizing the surrounding area, planting new greenery and creating an outdoor relaxation area. The project, which was developed by DL studio, also includes the use of solar energy and the construction of charging stations for electric cars in the near future. The design and implementation of the interiors was undertaken by No Limits Design, a company that holds the prestigious Czech Interior Award. Its designers aim to connect people with nature and have incorporated green walls, vertical gardens and natural materials, as well as shapes inspired by nature, into the interior designs.
"The PVA EXPO PRAHA exhibition center is already one of the most modern exhibition areas in our country and has the ambition to become the most modern complex of its kind in Central Europe. Our long-term goal is to continuously increase comfort and expand the possibilities of use for partners of our events, visitors to the exhibition center and also for residents of the local city district. We continue our dynamic development and the path to ecological operation and reducing the carbon footprint," adds Martin František Přívětivý.
