I am on my way to the exhibition, but I am running late. Can you wait for us?
Yes, but you can arrive a maximum of 30 minutes after your scheduled entry time. Please note that if there is a queue, you will not be entitled to priority entry.

I have purchased tickets, but my daughter is sick. Can I visit the exhibition on another day?
Please contact GOOUT at info@goout.cz regarding ticket exchanges and complaints. In justified cases, tickets may be exchanged. However, tickets cannot be exchanged on the day for which they are valid, so any exchange must be arranged in advance.

Can I buy tickets at the exhibition?
Yes. However, on weekends you may have to wait for the next available entry slot. For example, if you arrive on Saturday at 11:00 a.m., the next available tickets may not be until 2:00 p.m. If you do not want to wait, you can purchase a VIP ticket on site, which allows you to enter within 15 minutes. On weekdays, this is generally not a problem.

We are a group. Are group discounts available?
No, we do not offer group discounts.

We are a group and cannot purchase more than one ticket at a time. What should we do?
Please contact us at harrypotter@jvsgroup.cz. We can arrange a group reservation and payment by invoice in advance.

Can we bring a stroller to the exhibition? No, strollers are not allowed at the exhibition.

I have a baby. Can I bring them to the exhibition in a stroller or baby carrier?
Of course. Babies are welcome at the exhibition, but we ask that you carry your baby in a baby carrier. Strollers can be left in the cloakroom.

Can I visit the exhibition with my dog if I keep it in a bag or carrier the entire time?
No. Dogs are not allowed inside the exhibition, even if they are kept in a bag or carrier.

I lost my sweatshirt. How can I find out if it has been found and how can I collect it?
Please contact us at harrypotter@jvsgroup.cz. We hope we will be able to locate your sweatshirt and return it to you.

I am coming from the airport. Can I leave my suitcase in the cloakroom?
Yes, you can leave your suitcase in the cloakroom.

I am a grandmother and I am not interested in the exhibition. Can I wait outside while my grandchildren visit the exhibition on their own? How old do children have to be to enter without an adult?
Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a person aged 16 or older. Younger children are therefore not allowed to visit the exhibition on their own. Seniors over 65 are eligible for a discounted ticket.
