The international specialized trade fair is primarily focused on contract negotiations with domestic and foreign exhibitors, manufacturers and traders. It deals with catering equipment, restaurant and hotel equipment, food and beverages. You can look forward to professional lectures, conferences and workshops for professionals, presentations of culinary specialties and novelties on the market, as well as competitions. Along with the fair, the second year of the international confectionery festival PRAGUE SWEET FESTIVAL will also take place, within which you will be able to explore and, of course, taste the best of confectionery art.
