Bidfood Expo 2026 Brings the Best of the Gastronomy World to Letňany

From 13 to 15 October 2026, PVA EXPO PRAHA will host Bidfood Expo 2026, a major gastronomic trade fair for professionals from the food service and retail sectors. Visitors can look forward to industry innovations, modern technologies, culinary inspiration and meetings with leading Czech and international chefs.

The exhibition will cover almost 10,000 m² and feature manufacturers and suppliers from the Czech Republic and abroad. The programme will include live cooking shows, prestigious gastronomic competitions and presentations of solutions designed to improve the efficiency of food service operations.

This year's star chefs include Jan Punčochář and Jan Knedla, who holds two Michelin stars, as well as Viki Geunes, a three-Michelin-starred chef. The programme will also feature the Kuchař roku 2026/2027 (Chef of the Year) competition, Gastro junior Bidfood Cup, Školní jídelna roku 2026 (School Canteen of the Year) and the new Czech Butcher Wars 2026 competition.

On 14 and 15 October, the fair will also host regional conferences on institutional catering, focusing on topics such as food service hygiene, inspections of school canteens and modern catering trends.

Opening hours: 9:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

The event is intended for registered customers and business partners of Bidfood Czech Republic. Admission is free of charge.
