Future Forces Exhibition & Forum is a premier international platform showcasing the latest technologies and strategies in defence and security. Organized in collaboration with leading domestic and international institutions, the event regularly hosts over 400 exhibitors from across the globe.
A cornerstone of the event is its comprehensive expert forum, featuring high-level conferences, workshops, and official NATO working group sessions. Each year, the program attracts more than 9,000 delegates, including military professionals, government officials, industry leaders, and research experts. The forum traditionally welcomes official delegations from armed forces and security services representing more than 70 countries.
The 2026 edition focuses on preparedness for conventional and unconventional threats, highlighting the implementation of innovative solutions and major modernization projects within the Armed Forces, Police, Fire Rescue Service, and other key national security components.
Attendance Information:
The event is open exclusively to professional visitors (18+). Admission to both the exhibition and the expert program is free of charge upon online registration. Organized student groups in relevant fields may attend by prior agreement and must be accompanied by a supervisor.
The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to individuals who do not meet participation requirements.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION:
FUTURE FORCES EXHIBITION
- Online visitor registration is free of charge
- Onsite registration will be charged by 20 EUR (including VAT)
- Uniformed personnel are admitted free of charge without the need to register online by showing their service ID. PRIORITY ENTRANCE (FAST TRACK) is located in the Entrace Hall 2.
- During the exhibition show days there will be a limited onsite registration facility and delays should be expected

- Free with online registration
- Some expert events may be restricted (on invitation only)
ADMISSION POLICY
- Admission is limited to professional and business visitors only
- Dress Code: Business casual or service dress
- Visitors under 18 years will not be admitted to the exhibition and expert events. Organized groups of students accompanied by a teacher can get a special entry permission - please send your request to info@future-forces-forum.org.
- Identity checks will be conducted as a condition of entry
- The Organizers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from FUTURE FORCES FORUM events who does not comply with this policy or who they reasonably consider are likely to break these rules
